Suchita kashyap founder of soulfit plus –A dedicated professional on a journey to guide and inspire individuals towards a holistic approach to health and wellness. With a diverse background as a certified Yoga wellness instructor, diploma in personal training, diploma in food, nutrition and dietetics,she bring a unique blend of skills and passion to the world of well – being.

Acedemic and professional background

She is having degree in engineering and have dedicated approx 10 years of her life to the dynamic world of Information Technology. However her unwavering passion for health and fitness eventually led her to pivot towards a more fulfilling path.

For the past 5 years, she has been deeply involved in wellness industry, helping numerous clients to achieve their health and fitness goals. As a certified yoga instructor, She emphasize the importance of mind body balance. Additionally her role as personal fitness trainer allows her to tailor workouts that not only build strength but also promote overall well-being.

Nutrition Guidance:

Recognizing the crucial role of nutrition, she is also a certified nutritionist. Her expertise extends to weight management and addressing health concern such pcos ,pcod, thyroid, diabeties, cardiovascular diseases . She is always passionate about creating personalized nutrition plans that align with individual needs and goals.
